Woods served as an Executive member of the Senior management
team for Raving Brands Holdings, LLC the
Atlanta-based leader in the fast-casual dining industry which
consists of nine brands. The company was ranked #1 in Fast
Casual magazine's "Top 100 Movers and Shakers."
The company's flagship brand, Moe's Southwest Grill,
a 2005 Inc. magazine Top 25 Company, was rated 6th in Fast
Casual magazines "Top 100 Movers and Shakers."
As the Vice President of the Store Development division Woods was responsible for
design oversight resulting in plan completion, management of architects, design
firms, equipment suppliers, engineering firms, general contractors and store operations.
He also oversees all aspects of construction including, construction process creation,
on-time completion of store preparation (through the end of construction), collection
of partial and final lien waivers, successful resolution of all details before,
during, and after store opening process related to real estate and construction
including punch-lists.
Alan also served as Brand Leader of Mama Fu's Asian
House where he played an integral role in developing
the fast casual pan-Asian restaurant chain into one of the
fastest growing franchise systems for Raving Brands.
Woods handled all aspects of running the franchise system
day-to-day.
Prior to joining Raving Brands, Woods held
several management positions with Cold Stone Creamery,
helping build the operations, compliance and training systems
that grew the concept to over 1000 stores and the fastest
growing ice cream franchise in world.
