In addition to being the creative mind behind the Flip Flop Shops® concept, as the Trainer, Ms. Towne is responsible for the task of training all new franchisees/shop owners on how to open and operate a Flip Flop Shops.

Prior to co-founding Flip Flop Shops®, Towne worked as a retail consultant for The Gates Group, where she was able to work on all aspects of the development and planning stages of creating retail businesses. Towne has also worked in sales at several major mall-based retail chains.

Towne is a 2002 graduate of Boston College with a B.A. in Communication, cum laude.
